How can I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up using our online registration form.

Do I need to sign up before attending a class?

No, that’s not necessary. Our instructors are prepared for newcomers to join spontaneously. You’re welcome to take two free, no-obligation trial classes in any class you like — no prior notice required.

I want to try a class. What should I wear?

In general, just (sports) clothing that feels comfortable! Here are some activity-specific tips:

  • In gym halls, outdoor shoes are not allowed. Bare feet are permitted (and sometimes even recommended), and for gymnastics-related classes, thick soles are discouraged.

  • In trampoline classes, only socks are allowed — no shoes.

  • For Wheel Gymnastics (Rhönrad), snug-fitting sneakers (like Allstars) are recommended.

  • For skate hockey, skates and protective gear are mandatory — but no need to bring your own, we have gear you can borrow.

I (or my child) am sick. Who should I inform?

In most cases, you don’t need to inform us. However, if we shouldn’t expect you for a longer period, we’d really appreciate it if you let us know — we often like to send a little card!

If your instructor prefers that you notify them of absences, they will mention this during the lesson.

How and where can I submit membership changes?

You can submit membership changes using the change form (mutatieformulier), which can be filled out digitally.

I want to cancel my membership — how do I do that?

You can now fill out the cancellation form online. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current quarter. We process cancellations on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
