About Sports Club H.G.V.
Sports club H.G.V., officially the Hengelosche Gymnastiek Vereeniging, is the oldest club in Hengelo and has existed since 1875. It began as a gymnastics club for men only, and it wasn’t until much later that women and children joined the club. Today, the youth has become the largest target group.
